At Barkly, we aim to make every delivery smooth and stress-free. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders, what you can expect in terms of delivery times, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Quick Summary: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Free U.S. shipping available on select products. Tracking is always provided. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. only)

Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center used. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Offered on select products and during promotional periods. This will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
  • Paid Shipping: For other orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the item’s weight and size.

4. Tracking Orders

All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package ships. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear, especially for items shipped directly from suppliers.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Barkly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we may charge a reshipping fee.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@barklymart.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll coordinate with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Dropshipping Fulfillment

Some of our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. These items may ship separately and from different locations (including domestic U.S. warehouses or international hubs). Tracking is always provided, and we aim to ensure timely delivery.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment when it is dispatched.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us for potential custom shipping solutions.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

No additional customs duties or taxes apply to domestic U.S. orders. If international shipping becomes available, any customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

11. Legal & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes related to shipping or delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, Florida.
